Dr. Stephen Katz and his wife, Nicole Katz, opened Concourse Animal Hospital in September 1995. The practice quickly gained a reputation of being honest, caring, and compassionate and outgrew the original facility rather quickly. In 2009, Dr. Katz and Nicole opened Bronx Veterinary Center on Webster Avenue. It quickly became the largest and most medically advanced practice in the Bronx. In 2017, we opened our second location at Westchester Square to better serve the needs of pets in the Bronx.
Bronx Veterinary Center treats dogs and cats as well as birds, reptiles, ferrets, pocket pets, and other small exotic pets. We offer complete veterinary wellness services, including exams, vaccinations, microchip identification, allergy care, and more. We also offer diagnostic, surgical, and dental care, as well as boarding and grooming for your pet.
