Customer Service Representative

Job description

Requirements: Bilingual English/Spanish with verbal fluency in both languages. Previous customer service/call center experience handling a high volume of calls with patience, tact and diplomacy. Positive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure, while adapting and responding to customers’ needs. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Demonstrated organizational and problem solving skills with attention to detail. Willingness to accept constructive feedback and apply what was learned. Quick and accurate typist. A college degree is a plus but not necessary. Essential Tasks Ability to answer hi-volume of in-bound calls via an automated phone system. Ability to make outbound calls to clients as necessary. Respond quickly and professionally to client questions and concerns. Ability to communicate with clients via telephone as well as using email and texting. Ability to think independently and show empathy and compassion. Ability to work in a very structured fast paced team environment. Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to practice proper phone etiquette while providing excellent customer service. MUST have minimum 2 years experience as a customer service representative/ receptionist. MUST be fully bilingual!!! Medical or animal hospital experience preferred.
